- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and appointment schedule.
- Rates & Fees: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. LoveNGrace does not charge an additional fee for sending or receiving SMS messages.
- Opt-Out & Help: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number to opt-out. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you need assistance, you can text HELP for more information or call our customer service line.
- Privacy Protection: Your personal information, including your mobile phone number, will be kept strictly confidential. No Mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
